My friends and I shop at the Williamsburg. VA store. It is a tourist historical city. For the past 2 years the air condition has not worked. I feel sorry for the clerks who are so friendly and helpful! The one dressing room open for women is very dirty. The carpet, especially and has an odor. When they are having sales there is a long line waiting to get in there. They have other dressing areas but they are never open. There is no clerk that checks you into the area. We are all in our 70’s and 80’s and the heat is too hard on us. We love the store but are very concerned with these problems. Thank you for any help that can be given to this matter.
